The granddaughters of Ares, the Phonoi are the personification of Slaughter, Murder and Killing. They are the ones Zeus calls out when he needs someone removed from the earth, pronto.

The Phonoi first appear in Dream Warrior when Zeus sends them after Delphine and Jericho.
They also appear when they are sent to torture the Key to Olympus' location out of Seth in The Guardian.
